1. Do not replace components by feeling. Some maintenance personnel did not identify a component of the faulty component, but felt that it was broken and should be replaced immediately. The rate of miscalculation is high, and the rate of man-made damage to disassembled components is also high.
2. The electric soldering iron should be easily placed in the front, away from the maintenance of the circuit board. The welding head shall be properly trimmed to adapt to the welding of integrated circuits and other components and avoid welding turbulence.
3. The automatic lathe cannot cut off the printing circuit at will. Some maintenance personnel have some experience in home appliance maintenance and are used to disconnection inspection. However, the printed circuit board of the double-sided metal hole board or multi-layer hole circuit board of most circuit board CNC equipment is thin and dense. Once it is reduced, it is not easy to weld, and the tangent line is also easy to reduce. In addition, at some points, adjacent lines are cut off, and several lines cannot be cut off at the same time to meet the needs of line output.
4. Measure the resistance between the power lines. The measured resistance value should be red. The black probe should be exchanged twice. The huge value is used as the reference value.
5. For most of the circuit board solder mask brushes, the corresponding solder joints should be found as test points during measurement. Do not remove the solder pads and part of the brush insulation layer. Only scrape the insulation layer on the solder blade.
6. When taking out the circuit board from the automatic lathe, note that the cable corresponding to its position is connected to the digital record. For the fixed installed circuit board, the front and rear shall also be provided, and the corresponding crimping parts and screws shall be removed. Parts and screws should be put in a special box to avoid loss. After assembly, everything in the box should be used, otherwise the assembly is incomplete.
