3) Spinning process: this process has the necessary requirements for pressure and temperature. With the help of rotary motion and extrusion, the structure at the local position of the wheel hub rim is extended; The hub produced in this way can greatly reduce the weight of the hub while ensuring that the strength of the hub meets the requirements.
Hub Manufacturing Process Difference

The difference of wheel hub manufacturing process can be summarized simply as follows: the wheels of ordinary cars are cast, while those of high-end cars are forged; Casting also includes three categories, with the grades from low to high: gravity casting, low pressure casting and spinning casting.
2. Gravity casting is to pour liquid metal into the wheel hub mold to cool and shape it. Low pressure casting is a small upgrade of gravity casting. At the beginning, it is basically the same. 3. Spinning casting is also an upgraded version of low pressure casting, which is simply understood as a secondary production processing of the cast wheel hub, heating and rotary stamping at the same time. The manufacturing process of forged wheel hub is to heat the aluminum block, press it into blank with forging press after reaching the necessary temperature, and then spin the blank into shape.
