Basic operations of a wire cutter can be divided into power on, table movement, and turn-off.
Power on
1. Turn on the main power switch on the machine host.
2. Release the emergency stop button on the electrical panel of the machine tool.
3. Start the numerical control cabinet (no-load normal operation for more than 10 minutes)
4. Turn on the wire transport motor (stop for a moment to prevent the working fluid from entering the guide roller bearing)
5. Start the water pump and adjust the spray water volume (wrap the molybdenum wire)
6. Turn on the high-frequency power supply and train after 6-8 minutes
7. Turn on the feed motor of the machine tool, check whether the motor is attracted (the hand wheel is locked), and set the dial to zero.
8. Adjust parameters, electrode wire, and workpiece clamping, and start processing.
Table movement
1. Turn off the feed motor of the machine tool and loosen the hand wheel. At this time, you can turn the hand wheel to move the workbench. The hand wheel rotates once, and the workbench moves 4 mm. The hand wheel rotates 400 circles, and each small grid is 0.01 mm.
2. Turn the hand wheel to control the movement distance and direction of the workbench, move 120mm in the X direction and 80mm in the Y direction (pay close attention to the position of molybdenum wire during the movement to avoid interference)
3. Turn the hand wheel to stop the molybdenum wire at the safe position.
Shut down
1. Turn off the high-frequency power supply and cut off the pulse power supply.
2. Turn off the water pump (stop for a moment to prevent the working fluid from entering the guide roller bearing)
3. Turn off the wire transport motor
4. Check the workbench position (stay in the middle position to avoid collision with molybdenum wire)
5. Turn off the power supply of the control cabinet and the main machine of the machine tool
6. Disassemble the workpiece for inspection and clean the machine tool.
