Maintenance Of CNC Drilling & Tapping Center

1. In order to avoid the inflexibility of the bearing of the NC drilling center, the air compressor must be drained frequently to avoid too much water of the air compressor not being drained in time and brought into the pneumatic motor.

2. In order to make the CNC drilling machine durable, the oil cup of the duplex (the cup on the right) should be filled with oil, and the bearings and gears in the pneumatic motor should be lubricated.

3. Always oil the bushing. If there is garbage in the oil of NC drilling machine, it should be drained and refilled.

4. Regularly check the cleanliness and hygiene of the friction of the moving parts of the high-speed drilling and tapping center machine, and properly inject lubricating oil.

5. After working every day, the operator shall use a vacuum cleaner to clean the waste debris on the rotor end of the spindle motor and the motor wiring terminal, so as to prevent the waste debris from entering the bearing, resulting in the accumulation of waste debris on the rotor end and wiring terminal, accelerate the damage of the high-speed bearing, and avoid the waste debris from entering the wiring terminal, resulting in short circuit and burning of the motor.

6. In daily maintenance, always check the looseness of moving parts, screws and nuts in order to prevent danger.

7. In order to prevent others from misoperation and danger, the operator shall ensure to stop all parts of the work when leaving the CNC drilling and tapping center machine equipment.
